This may be the end...

We’ve been doing this weekly newsletter for a while now but it may be the end… because Patreon has added a new feature that essentially allows us to do newsletters over there! Still testing it out, but you may see these recap emails coming from Patreon instead of beehiiv (which we’ve been using and enjoying all year). Nothin wrong with beehiiv, it’s just that… well… Patreon is kinda our THING and I’ve been loving all of the FREE features they’ve been adding. Plus you’d get notified about and automatically gain access to more than you get here, including free tracks & bonus clips. Not 100% sure we’ll make the move, wanna confirm it will do what we want (full newsletters being in the emails) and not cause any issues on your end (not needing to have an account to read newsletters), so for now…

We wrapped up Gen V and got back to Spook E! Spooky time, that is, with a brand new track for Fear Street: Prom Queen. We also dropped our highlight video for The Summer I Turned Pretty S3, and I’d also like to add a heads up / reminder that Chris Stuckmann’s movie Shelby Oaks is in theaters now!

Fantastic Streets and Where to Fear Them

If it's spooky season, you know it's gotta be an RL Stine joint! Unfortunately, however, Fear Street: Prom Queen was released in May... but Zach & I didn't get a chance to watch it until October so we have righted that wrong. Not even 90 minutes long, this quick little treat of a movie is actually super fun and has more of that classic Goosebumps camp that we wanted in that shitty Disney+ series. Oh but they do say "fuck" and it's quite jarring!

Gen V is back in town!

Almost all of our favorite characters are back (rest in peace Fake Landon) in season 2 of Gen V, and once again we love that this show is injecting fun back into The Boys universe. Sure there's horrible shit going on, but we can also spare a bit of time to play beer pong with Lizze Broadway - literally!

Miles & I have been SO excited to dive back into this show and Boy was it worth the wait...
